What is your return policy for food items?

Due to safety and quality regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our concierge within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the continental United States and Canada. Due to varying customs regulations regarding food imports, we are unable to ship to other international destinations at this time.
